Currently seeking the following profiles interested in smaller (10-50 person) startups with excellent financials and revenue. Must be in-office in NYC.

• Software engineer with Solana and/or Ethereum smart contract experience

• Software engineer with infra, systems, or performance focus (preferred: Rust/C++ background)

• Fullstack product engineers (preferred: React/Typescript experience)

• Chief of staff / operations lead

• Head of talent (strongly preferred: tech recruiting background); will carry some searches while managing small team

• Senior business recruiter (strongly preferred: in-house and/or startup background)
