I've spent the better part of a decade hiring technical talent in high-performing early and growth-stage companies. Prior to recruiting, I interned in engineering on Google's Apps reliability team and in program management within Microsoft's Operating Systems group. The late AI researcher and leader Dr. Patrick Henry Winston advised my undergraduate thesis.

My talent career includes:

• sole recruiting hire at a 10-person ML hardware startup, incubated within deep-tech VC Playground Global

• first hands-on recruiter at Sequoia-backed observability startup Lightstep, helping drive the company from series B to $XXX million acquisition

• hundreds of hires at Stripe, primarily in infrastructure and backend teams moving ~$1T annually with industry-leading reliability

I love partnering with founders and their teams on conducting impactful technical searches, and building their company's talent strategy.

Though I'm a firm believer that principles of recruiting are more similar than different across domains, I'm particularly suited to kick off quickly with teams in the infrastructure, developer tools, fintech, or AI spaces.
